
Gluten Free Corn Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup yellow corn meal
- 3/4 cup white rice flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until well mixed.
- Stir milk, oil and egg into dry ingredients and mix just until moistened.
- Grease either a 8" or 9" square baking pan and pour batter into pan.
- Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
