
Brown County Shagbark Syrup BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Turne Chiles, Red Peppers, Garlic, Onions, and Tomatoes into a paste.
2. Saute in the liquid butter w/ seasonings
3. Add smoke, Worcestershire, Vinegar, and Beam
4. Add Brown Sugar and Syrup.
5. Stir and allow sugar to dissolve
6. Add tomato sauce and ketchup
7. Reduce and summer 30 minutes.

- 1/2 can Green Chiles
- 2 cans Roasted Red Peppers
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Large Yellow Onions
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 4 Tbsp. Rocky Mountain Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Chef Carl’s Trinity Seasoning
- 4 Tbsp. Liquid Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1 Cups Jim Beam Black
- 3 Cups Cider Vinegar
- 2 Cups Brown County Shagbark Syrup
- ½ Cup Worcestershire
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar
- 4 Cans Tomato Sauce
- 2 Large Bottles Ketchup
